The Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation Public Library located on beautiful Georgina Island, has been in operation since 1987.Because of a unique partnership in 2004 with the Pickering Public Library we received the Minister’s Award for Innovation in the small public library category. The Georgina Island Native Literacy Program and the library run in partnership with each other.

Monday and Tuesday 9 am to 4 pm
Wednesday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
