The Community Land Use Plan has been finalized and will go to a community vote in the fall. As per the recommendation by Falls Law, a Community Land Use Law has been created to strengthen the Community Land Use Plan and allow for clarity of the Law, it's purpose and provide clear authority and pathway for prosecution.
